Very welcoming and great choices for breakfast, even a sausage for our pooch.

I was welcomed by the owner, who very kindly showed me into a safe parking space and helped me with my bags. There is a lovely, well stocked garden with beautiful flowers and seating.

My downstairs room has a lovely ensuite and a dining area to sit and eat or read your newspaper. It has a fridge in the hallway for milk and fresh water. You can put some small items like dog food, yogurt and fruit. It is a very comfortable room, very spacious. The breakfast was delicious, thank you Angela.

Lovely welcome. Very comfortable room and good location. Despite being close to the main road it was very quiet and the most noticeable thing was the lovely bird song in the morning and the evening. I found a lovely walk for Cody and we both slept really well. I will definitely be staying there again if I enter the Blackpool Dog Show next year.

There was nothing I didn't like except that it would have been great to stay longer and that was because of my commitments and not because of the host.

Breakfast was excellent. Delicious bacon and sausage proper butchers taste. The little fridge in the hall with small bottles of fresh milk and cold water was an excellent idea for making a coffee.

The mattrass was not as firm as it could have been; but still we slept reasonably well.

Very warm welcome from Angela who had the room ready for me earlier than normal, at my request. Room had every amenity, including really comfortable seating. Off-road parking was much appreciated. Excellent breakfast choice. I would recommend this as a great place to stay. Very good value for money.
