Cosy yet spacious. Quirky with some great art work. Comfortable and clean. High quality breakfast, very thoughtful arrangement indeed.

Great room and location in the centre of the beautiful village of Falkland. John was an excellent host and everything was looked after. Breakfast was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you John!

The studio apartment was outstanding and relaxing. John was a perfect host, emailed us where we could eat when arriving in the evening and offered to book us a table, I call that great customer service.

Everything, the standard of fittings was excellent, the bed was fantastically comfortable and the breakfasts brought to us each morning were amazing, especially the choice of delicious home made granola. The owner was always on hand to offer help and advice as well. The location couldn't be more convenient in the village centre too. We loved our stay.
