Comfortable bed

Big bathroom but shower didn’t work properly and only provided 1 bath and 1 hand towel. No milk provided for the coffee machine or the tea in the room

The room was beautifully decorated. Claims of soft bedding very true

After our evening out we invited the friends we were with for a drink only to find the pub closed, this was approx 10.15pm & the mini bar wasn’t in the room. Breakfast, advertised as available, wasn’t available until after 10.00am….too late for us.

we loved the room and all its comforts. The bed was very comfortable and quite location. Will check the other room maybe next time, since the window of ours was directly on the street so could not really get natural lights. Bathroom was spacious clean.

was pity they could not offer breakfast, and we did not understand correctly the time for dinner so we could get only few drinks in the evening, but was probably our fault not to ask

The room was clean, spacious, tidy and comfortable. The dinner was as expected. Good gluten free options.

It would have been better if breakfast was an option. We had to vacate and find another venue.

The room was quirky and really well furnished. Tea and coffee available. Old world charm, windy staircase, uneven floor but really special.

There was no breakfast available at all so we had to shop for our own as no alternative nearby. Had to ask for towels as none in our room

Location was great for our visit

No hot water in the morning and no one on site to sort this out. Staff not particularly friendly, offered milk for our tea then didn’t bring it. We knew there was no breakfast but it is a shame for the price we paid not to have this facility. Not a particularly comfortable bed and the room was quite dusty.

The staff are fantastic! Incredibly friendly and keen to make sure your stay is comfortable as possible. The room is lovely and has the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in along with an amazing bathroom and spacious, excellent toiletries and masses of hot water. The food in the restaurant is lovely and they also have some lovely and reasonably precursors local real ale on tap. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I could get the same rate another time as I am in the area weekly for work.

The only small issue was the bedroom and bathroom were quite cold first thing this morning. It felt like the heating hadn’t kicked in.

Obvious Stains on carpet in bedroom Nobody available in the morning - all locked up. Breakfast not available until 11am
