"Beautiful room in great location"

Really friendly, helpful, relaxed accommodating host. Was flexible with leaving bags and booked dinner for us when we arrived. Location is amazing. Nice big room. Would stay again.

"Prettige dagen in het charmante optrekje"

De locatie was perfect, net buiten het centrum maar je liep binnen 10 minuten naar het centrum. Het is een heel mooi authentiek pand, met enorme charme. De host was ontzettend vriendelijk!

Vanwege de oudheid van het pand was het wel erg gehorig, oordopjes zijn dan wel aanbevolen.

"Fantastic, very clean room in a lovely “palace”"

Fantastic location with a bust stop in front of the house which made getting to the train station super easy. Our host Nick was very attentive and helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations. Even though it was unusually warm weather during our stay in Bologna, we had a beautiful and majestic room with two large windows and a fan that helped a lot at night.

"Wonderful hosting experience 10 minutes walk from the heart of Bologna !"

Nicola was a great host. He welcomed us prior to check-in time to help us leave our heavy baggage and gave us some precious information on Bologna's hot spots along with a map. Our room was excellent: tidy, quiet and just as we expected it. He was also pretty present whenever we needed to ask something. All in all, a great hosting experience. Arrivederci Nicola !

That was a great big family house. The room and bathroom were quite big and enough for two people. The apartment was clean and located in the central station and within walking distance to Piazza Maggiore. Nicola is a great host and will take care of you when you are there. You can ask him anything you want and I am sure he will help you. He told me the best gelato places. They were amazing. Listen to him carefully. Thank you Nicola for being so kind and helpful.

The room is spacious and furnished in charming old, Italian style. The building is beautiful and perfectly located for a Bologna visit, close to the city centre while still relatively quiet. Nicola, the host, was welcoming and attentive to all our needs. Highly recommended!
