Self-check in was very straight forward, there were vegan and gluten-free options for breakfast, rooms are well heated and very clean, and we had a problem with a blown fuse in the shower but they got it fixed within 20 minutes of us calling them :)

The only issue we has was with the taxi company we booked but that was obviously not the owner's fault. I would advise against Dundee City Taxis as they don't seem to know Wormit that well.

The location is lovely. Quiet. Great views of Dundee across the estuary. The room was small but comfortable. the small balcony was a nice bonus.

In a small room, the large bed ends needed care when moving around. I was disappointed that the room was not re stocked with the breakfast porridge for my second day so I had no choice but to eat the one I was left with.

Bed was so comfortable. Shower was great. Morning tea/coffee tray was quite stocked. Walked into town for breakfast. Awesome cafe.

Hard to find late at night would be nice to see a little sign but great location
