The Old Boathouse

Great location and pleasant atmosphere. Immaculately clean. Contactless arrival and leaving but good communication from hosts through the app. Helpful information supplied about what is good to see in the local area and where you can eat.

The only thing to note is that the room is not well insulated for sounds. You can hear others walking about clearly (this is the hosts house) and feel like you have to be quiet in the room or the sound will carry.

The property was clean, comfortable,peacefuland the views were beautiful from our window. The locations was perfect for us and local cafes were easily accessible for breakfast. Matt was very helpful and we were made to feel very welcome on arrival.

The location suited me very well as I was visiting in Newport-on-Tay, but also wanted easy access to Dundee. The room was very clean and comfortable and Laura and Matt are excellent hosts. I appreciated the pre-arrival welcome message and information.

Cute cozy room with a pretty view of the water. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice.

The walls were a little thin. I could hear the man next door snoring.

Perfect location. Great hosts. Laura was so lovely and helpful. I need to carry medication that needs to be kept in a fridge. As there was no fridge in our room - Laura went and set up a mini fridge. The room had amazing water views. The whole stay was lovely. Thank you!!
