Great location, brilliant little setup, and perfect location with a brilliant view. All very clean and safe.

Overall a brilliant place, but the bed could have been a little but more comfy (but that could be personal preference).

The Boathouse, wie der Name verrät, direkt am Meer gelegen, bietet Intimität und Gestaltungsfreiheit. Fünf Minuten von Newport und zehn Minuten von Dundee entfernt, findet man bald alles für den Gebrauch. Der Ort ist wirklich süß ruhig und nicht zu groß, die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich!!!

Difficult to find from postcode Sound insulation between units poor, I could hear v clearly people in the next room using the loo ! A comfortable chair would be good too
