Sigiri Starwing Villa

Beautiful local family. Made us feel so welcome and they have the nicest dog. Very close to walk to food, beautiful property, they made breakfast and dinner for us which was delicious and convenient. We will definitely be back. Rooms are basic but large in size with a nice patio at the front.

Wonderful stay. Breakfast was really good. Home in the middle of nature. No trafic noise. Hosts so nice. Everything was perfect !

Hosts very friendly, super calm place. Bed was comfortable. Very spacious room and beautiful terrace that is in front of a beautiful garden. A lot of animals around, very connected with nature.

Wifi didn't work well, and there was a bit of smell humidity. The location is nice to disconnect but a bit far from the action. No complaints, though, cause nothing beats the price. Great value for your money

Strongly recommend. Great location, wonderful tarrace with a garden, you can rally relax there, clean, kettle.

A bit too expensive breakfast compering other homestays that we have been. The room smells of damp but this is quite common in sri lanka. Even those that was great stay there.

Fantastic location, a short walk away from restaurants and only a 10 minute scooter ride from Lion’s rock. The family is really wonderful and kind. Spacious room with a mosquito net over the bed and a cute outdoor area for breakfast. Loved the dog and kittens :)

The room needed a bit of airing out as it was a bit smelly. But this is an easy fix.

An amazing stay right in the jungle! Clean rooms, amazing breakfast! A restaurant just across the street, where we went every evening! The price is very good for what you get :-) The owner is so friendly and we loved the house dog who was very cute and kind and protected our terasse from monkeys or elephants. We had a Tuktuk so it was easy accessible!

We had an exceptional stay here! The place exceeded our expectations with its peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the owner personally took us to Pidurangala Rock at 5:30 am by tuk-tuk to see the sunrise, and waited for us (extra fee). The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and truly authentic. As a lovely parting gesture, we received magnets during check-out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience!

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi did not work so well.
