The breakfast was good

The TV didn’t work. Couldn’t adjust the shower

Nice place, lovely and kind manager, good breakfast

I found the bathroom a tad on the small side for me, but I do have long legs

The the B&B came with everything you're expected and the host made a okay breakfast not friendly at the start, but highly friendly for the duration of my stay and easy to park my car outside the B&B

When checking in, I had a problem with the host regarding the time and the person was a bit rude and kind of tempered which affected my mood at a start as I was scared, I would have no place to stay, but then became friendly when it came time for breakfast the day after I was informed 7 to 8 was the time for breakfast so I came down at around 8 o'clock but there was no one day turns out have to be there for 7 o'clock. I had to pay at the venue when I really should be paying Online for simplicity.

The breakfast was ok but no choice.

The bathroom had a very overpowering bad smell of damp mop and the extractor fan did not work. When I raised this I was told that the fan did work but it was in the loft so could not be heard even though it clearly did not work.

Ideal size single room.

Check-in was advertised as available until 9pm in the Q&A, however when I arrived at 8:45pm there was no one at the property. I was initially informed that entry wouldn’t be possible, but after a short wait, the host kindly returned and allowed access. The welcome, however, felt a little rushed and not particularly warm, which made the arrival experience less comfortable after a long 12 hours (8am-8pm) working day. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water available during my 1 night stay, and breakfast was not provided in the morning @7 am as expected. I had to leave for work@8 am, so this was quite disappointing. Overall, the stay met the basic need for a place to sleep, but the experience and amenities did not fully match expectations based on the listing.

The lady greeting us was perfect down to earth ..breakfast was lovely also cooked by the same lady .location perfect close to where we needed to be and right near town and river ..

Room was tiny, too much furniture so made it even smaller,no need for the drawers or a double wardrobe, hot water was too hot couldn't change temperature..not keen on the light for toilet as everytime you open door the light comes on so not good for sleeping partner 🙃, TV set to high on wall so couldn't see the screen ..

Clean and well equipped room. Fantastic cooked breakfast!

Single bed was a bit hard but that's a personal preference.
