The property location is perfect for all places. Morning breakfast also very nice..and the owner was very kind and helpful person

Breakfast time mentioned by owner was 8 AM - 9 AM , still no breakfast was ready at 8 AM. We had to chase the staff for paid breakfast which was finally served at 8.30 AM only which delayed our further travel plans at Alleppy significantly.

There was noise throughout night due to party music nearby. Faced Sleep disturbance in night. Next morning, no hot water was coming in Washroom. Had to find staff to report and get the issue resolved.

This property was in an amazing location. Plenty of nature and wildlife yet within walking distance of a fabulous town. The rooms were clean and spacious with lovely balconies, be aware though, you will probably share your balcony with the local monkey population as there are fruit trees in the grounds that they like to feed from, we were amazed by our first few visitors, it was fabulous. The owner and staff are very nice and the breakfasts were great.
