"Disappointing"

The staff were never available. It took several requests for us to get towels and soaps. The owner was adamant on receiving cash as payment but charged us of GST (though he wanted us to pay the cash) I felt there are better accomodation options available in the vicinity.

"Sweet spot for the Bamboo rafting trip"

The location was good, the homes were well designed, and the staff was very friendly.

Being so close to the tiger reserve means that they have some mosquitoes

"Comfortable stay at Thekkady, located right in the heart of the town."

Had a wonderful stay at Green Court Cottages. The hotel is located very close to the bus stands, making it easily accessible. The Thekkady boat ticket center is also very close, so if you plan to wake up early to get boat tickets, this is the perfect place. The owner of the property is super polite and always ready to help or guide you. Breakfast at the hotel was very good as well. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities.
