Scaffolding up Room with no window No bar no games room However they did give me a refund

It is clean, safe, easy to get to from the city center and the price is very good.

Scaffolding all around the building which made you feel unsafe being someone could access window easily. Tv was in foreign language and very poor reception Dirty floor we found a red varnished toe varnished toe or finger nail on our floor.

Nothing at all. Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review as the stay was terrible from start to finish.

Firstly, there was no parking available, even though I had selected the option with parking on Booking.com. This was misleading and caused a lot of inconvenience. Secondly, the photos are very deceptive – the rooms and facilities looked nothing like what was advertised online. Thirdly, the cleanliness and maintenance were completely unacceptable. We had five rooms booked, and the conditions were appalling: • One double bed had blood stains and hair on the sheets. • One twin bed had a poo stain, and another had unfamiliar marks. • In Bedroom 9, the lights and TV didn’t work, and the shower door wouldn’t close. • When we raised these issues, particularly about Bedroom 10 (where the bed was clearly unclean with hair and blood stains), the staff insisted we were wrong. Instead of addressing the problem, they moved us from a double to a twin room. • The heating didn’t work in one of the rooms either. Even if the price was low, there should still be a basic standard of cleanliness and maintenance, which this hotel completely failed to meet. Overall, the stay was unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

It has some cooking facilities and good that it has a fridge

No facilities to have kids in there and rooms small and have mold in the room and the bathroom tapes leaking
