Lovely clean rooms, in a good spot off the M25. Shops and a takeaway close by.

Location good , room number 16 was good for me, currantly in room 11 not quite as good but OK

It was a cheaply priced room in a good location

The room was clean enough but the pillowcases and sheets were dirty. The toilet smelled of urine, so strongly that leaving the door open made the room smell. There is an air brick above the bed which goes straight outside and caused a draught which made the room freezing cold. People were smoking in the other rooms and the whole place smells of both cigarette smoke and cannabis. The window on the landing is wedged open with a large piece of wood and as there is scaffolding up outside this is a huge security risk.
