Clean comfortable budget accommodation hosted by a lovely family. 5 minutes walk down to the beach.

Nice family, gave useful information on the surrounding area. The rooms are very clean with what appears to be a continuous cleaning team.

Very friendly house keeper, that helped me with all my requests and cooked amazing dinners. Room was clean and had a nice ambiance. Close to the ocean and train station.

WiFi wasn’t good, and no signal reach either.

Great location - between city Dickwella and Hiriketiya Beach. Room is easy to air. There is a table with chair on the small porch - there is a place to sit in the evening. We really felt relaxed there.

Nothing! Avoid!

It was not as advertised, this is someone’s house with a building tagged on the back. A CHILD showed me to my room, then another one of their children just ran around screaming at people with no parents in sight. Bedsheets weren’t cleaned, there were other people’s hairs on it and the water tank outside was really loud. I didn’t see the actual owners (the parents) until I left a day early. There was no breakfast or drinkable water

Very nice and clean room. Pretty big bathroom too. The location is amazing, only one street to the beach and you can reach it in 7 minutes. It's close to everything you'll need. The owners are very nice, sweet and helpfull! Instead of 3 nights we stayed for 5 nights. Amazing place!

since we arrived off season there was no breakfast

The property was great value and close to the beach and town. Handy to have a kitchen available only thing to note is the washing machine was broken when we were there.
