B & B CHARM

Spacious room, big bed, and nice balcony! Very very clean and well kept B&B. An easy 10 minute walk to Hiriketiya beach and many restaurants. Would recommend!

Nothing to dislike - but larger sheets on the bed would be nice :)

Very cute owner, personal attitude to every guest

We had a perfect few days here, so much so that we came back for an extra 3 nights! The location is a short walk from both Hiriketiya beach and the Main Street which leads to Dikwella, and is nearby other restaurants and hotels. The room was clean and had a lovely view - the only thing we were missing was hot water (but this wasn’t a problem if the weather was warm enough!) The host lady was lovely and went above and beyond for us. Many thanks!

Room was super clean, and had a nice balcony area. Perfect distance between Hiriketiya and Dikwella (which made it a 10 min walk to Cargills). The kitchen was well equipped and saved us lots of money! Host was really friendly, we ended up extending a night.

The property was a bit hard to find as the sign is tucked in the trees, but it’s right on the corner of the main road (opposite rays)

Location was great and we had a lovely balcony.

The bed in our room was so uncomfortable I barely slept with back pain

I loved my stay at B&B Charm, so much so that I was only booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 5. The room is brand new and sparkling clean. The aircon works perfectly and the property is a short walk to the beach. If I return to Hiri (which I plan on doing!), I will absolutely be coming back

This place is terrible! The wifi is awful, the bathroom stinks and the blankets are terrible, but this is not the sirious problem. The owner is a psychopath and violent person, after he locked us out of our room in the middle of the night and didn't answer the phone, we had to enter through the window, which was already broken. In the next day, when he saw the window, he started yelling and cursing at me, pushed me to the corner and raise his hand on me. I tried to calm him down, and only after I promised him we will pay for the fixing he let me go. Next day, of course we left the place, but he didn't let us go until we paid for our whole stay, 5 nights (we left after 3 night) plus 10,000 rupees for the "fixing" which is putting back 2 screws that were missing from the beginning. He's totally crazy and basically stole our money. Don't come near this place!

Old soap in the batroom. Someone béžové us used it. Not přivítá for us. Children of the home family vere all Times around our room (downstairs). The family had all Times open the door to the kitchen. We absolutně dudnt have přivítá. The Windows and the door had to be closed. Not clean pillows, linens. The breakfast was very poor. Only very small Cup of tea or Coffee, Not watter or juice. Not bottle of watter in the room. The share kitchen very very Basic, not cups, very old staff, horrible small in the fridge. If u love douwnstairs. You dont have terase. But ob booking is terase or balcony. Not True. You have ti staré 1 table and only 4 chairs with another room. It means 8 People for 1 table and 4 chairs. The Windows doesnt have cover so if someone sitting on the table downstairs, the Light comes to the room. Very weak WiFi. In the evening dnešní work.
