The property was exceptionally clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable. The host Elvira was the most helpful we have ever had, from offering advice before our arrival to ordering a taxi on our departure, even bringing a cake on my husbands birthday, she answered every question immediately. Thank you Elvia we really appreciated that. The location was good about a 10 minute walk to centre on town.

The property was in a residential building and the balcony was small with no view, but this didn’t not taking anything away for our overall experience

Poderia variar mais o cafe da manhã. E ter cozinha, mas pelo que a host falou, é lei e não pode ter.

No good coffee… a coffee machine would be appreciated The location is a little bit far.. about 15 minutes from the center. Not much kitchen equipment.

Clean rooms. Elvira was extremely helpful and kind and gave us great advice two weeks before we even got here. She gave us great breakfast every morning to our room. Rooms were very nice.

The suite was excellent! Amazing value for money with a lovely sized bedroom, kitchen/diner/lounge, nice bathroom and balcony! 2 TVs, air conditioning and good WiFi. The rooms were immaculate, very clean and tidy, and well presented. We couldn’t ask for a better location in Sorrento - it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and a short walk to the port where the ferries are! But the main praise would be the host Elvira who was exceptional. I read a lot of reviews mentioning her before booking the B&B and I can confirm she is brilliant. Really took care of us, specially going out of her way to source what we wanted for breakfast when we weren’t keen on one of the options. Also gave us lots of tips on things to see and restaurant ideas, and let us know about a travel strike in advance etc. We also had an unexpected thunderstorm where she offered us an umbrella (we didn’t pack one as it was a summer trip). She is a credit to the B&B and we definitely would come back here again if we revisit the area!

Only thing we’d say is that a change of towels and bed linen came with a small extra fee (5-10 euros) which was unexpected, but it was free of charge to change them every 3 days so we just ended up waiting. Not enough for us to drop the score though as our overall experience was exceptional and Elvira went above and beyond and was a very attentive host!
