Torna a Surriento Suites

the building is very worn down and sketchy the apartments are nice. there is no facility in the apartment except a kettle. There was miniscule toiletries. The building is unexpectedly bad. The breakfast is very basic continental breakfast. Elvira brings it. but by the time it comes everything is cold. the single croissant each was big and good quality. Also there is no way of making breakfast its a large hotel room but no facility

Elvira is superb. More helpful than you expect with dinner reservations and information.

Microwave and stove are display only and not functional. Air-conditioning turns off everytime a door is opened even for a second and takes several minutes to start up again. So, going out onto the terrace even for a minute sacrifices comfort.

Host was fantastic, just couldnt do enough, breakfast, although basic, was delivered promptly and was fresh. The suites itself was modern and clean, although a few more ameneties, like iron/ironing board would have been useful but I'm sure would have been provided if asked for. The building the suites are in needs a bit of modernisation and is not representative of the suites themselves so can be a bit off putting on first entry, but if you ignore that bit overall a great place to stay and great location, but the host was outstanding and very attentive, made the stay more enjoyable with advise/guidance.

the overall building, security is very high but means you have lots of keys which was a bit confusing day one...

Our host Elvira was wonderful, incredibly helpful with lots of useful information about Sorrento, recommendations on restaurants and things to see and do.

Elvira- the host! There are no words to describe how nice and professional she is. The owner of the flat is extremely lucky to have her, as a host. She made our stay in the flat super easy and comfortable.

There should be more shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. 2 mini battles were too little for 2 of us for 3 days.

Elvira was an exceptional host; so helpful with recommendations before we even arrived, and prompt to reply. The suite was very big, bathroom was huge and so clean. We loved it!

We loved the location. It was close to the piazza where all the atmosphere and restaurants were. We also were looked after by Elvira who was incredibly hospitable and provided the best breakfast every morning. She was always so kind and willing to answer any questions we had. She really made our stay outstanding.
