Garh Meera - A Sensational Boutique Hotel

Struttura nuova, in stile tradizionale, estremamente pulita e curata. Ci è stato fornito un upgrade gratuito in una camera spaziosissima e con vista sul forte.

Il ristorante è ancora poco organizzato (cibo ottimo!) e parzialmente in costruzione. La struttura è leggermente distante dal centro storico e dal forte (20 min a piedi) ma questo può essere un vantaggio se si preferisce una situazione più tranquilla e meno rumorosa.

The staff was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. Peaceful atmosphere and close to everything we needed.

We had a wonderful luxury stay in Jaisalmer! The room was stunning, and the entire property (inside and out) you have a beautiful traditional Jaisalmer craftsmanship. Everywhere you look, there’s intricate detail that adds so much charm. The rooftop terrace was another highlight, offering a lovely place to relax with an amazing view of the fort, especially at sunset. The food was delicious, and the owner Sahil truly understands hospitality. Always present and ready to help. A big compliment to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I even got to wear a traditional Indian lehenga for a fun photo shoot. Which was such a unique and memorable experience! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a special stay in Jaisalmer!

The place is really nice. The food was great with a decent view from the terrace. We also had them organize for us a desert trip (only half a day), and overall the experience was ok, it won't be the most "standard" tour but the guide we got took all the possible steps to make it ok. Also the food in the desert was ok and prepared taking care of basic hygiene standards.

The desert trip was ok but we still we had our issues, for example the car was pretty old and this made the ride quite bumpy. The guide was pretty sick and overall he struggles to speak proper English. I feel that if you are looking for something more structured you should go with the more fancy tourists trips. Also notice that you will be just outside the city. That's ok if you do not care about walking short distances but the area is not the nicest.

The place is beautiful. My room was big, clean and had everything I needed. The staff is friendly. It’s a 15 min walk to the fort.
