The property is located on the promenade, with great views of Great Orme and Little Orme. Every single room ( breakfast room, bar, bedroom) is decorated so beautifully using only high quality products ( chairs, tables, beds, linens, towels, even the plates and cups were posh). We had a lovely , lovely stay. Liz and Mark were so friendly and attentive, you felt welcomed since you stepped in.

Great location, very comfortable and well presented hotel with excellent services provided by friendly and attentive hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and clearly the aim is to ensure guests experience is positive.

Liz and Mark were fab. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very knowledgable about the area and gave great recommendations on what to do. A home from home!

N/A - parking might be tight on the road, but arrived around 18.00 and were fine.

Great location and fantastic room on the top floor, split level was excellent. Lovely bathroom and fantastic sea views from the room. Comfortable lounge area also in the room and amazing extras - fresh water, milk and snacks. Fantastic breakfast and staff amazing.

The hotel was situated on the front and it was very clean. The owners were very pleasant and helpful, we were given information on where to eat and places to visit. Breakfast was good. And there was a choice of having a cheese board in the evenings to relax with a drink

Only a minor complaint, breakfast was served between 8.30am and 9am which we thought should have been longer perhaps just an extra half hour.

I liked exceptional attention to the details in the property and very friendly hosts. We travel a lot and I can say that Liz and Mark are going an extra mile every day to make sure that their guests feel good during a stay. The room was spacious (that was actually two rooms!!!), and very comfortable, with a beautiful see view. Location is perfect - close to the city center and little Orme. Their breakfast is good and very flexible (you can have more or less every time), also big selection of other things such as cereals or jams. I would recommend this place for everyone.

It is very hard to find anything I did not like. Maybe they could move the pier a little bit closer:-). Just joking, it is a good thing to have a short walk after delicious breakfast in the morning.
