"A truly fine establishment."

An exceptional establishment. Liz and Mark were great hosts. The location is very good for exlporing the area. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy and very welcoming. Great breakfasts, particularly the poached eggs.

Absolutely brilliant. Mark and Liz were very welcoming and friendly with excellent knowledge of the area. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely comfortable room with sea views. Freshly cooked top quality breakfast with plenty choice. Lots of little personal touches that made a lot of difference. Excellent location for exploring the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

There was nothing not to like.

"welcomed weekend away"

My wife and I bought this break away as a thank you to my parents for all of their help with our wedding. They loved it all. the cleanliness of the room was exceptional, the breakfast was amazing, the view from their room was beautiful and their hosts were lovely and very personable which is a very good trait to have. They have reccomended here to many of their friends.

Mark and Liz made us very welcome. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, made special by the personal touches. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is situated in a fairly quiet area, but in close proximity to good restaurants and other facilities. I would certainly stay there again

The stairs may be a challenge for some but were not an issue for me.

The hospitality was 11 out of ten, and the room was 11 out of 10 beautiful full breakfasts, very accommodating. Lovely surprise for my birthday and nice complementary drinks on arrival.

Liz & Mark provide the perfect holiday accommodation for an enjoyable holiday in Llandudno - such a friendly welcome from the minute you arrive, suggestions on what to do & where to eat etc. Their B&B is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and their super breakfasts start each day in the best possible way. We stay in hotels all over the UK and Europe - without doubt this is one of the very best…..fully justifying the best in Wales award that Liz & Mark have won!
