"Excellent location for visit to Lymington."

Excellent location - very short walk to centre of Lymington. Good breakfast.

Check in time on confirmation email not as advertised (3-9.30pm). Contacted property weeks in advance to explain we would be later but before 9pm & agreed would advise arrival time when ready on the day. Was phoned by owner on the day about 4pm chasing a time, felt rushed to leave previous venue and worried about traffic on the journey. Tight parking - but as advertised.

Breakfast had plenty of choice, service prompt, cooked breakfast well cooked and presented. Staff friendly and cheerfull. Property well maintained and attractive decor. Staff very helpful.
