Durlston House

Friendliness of host and staff, excellent breakfasts.

Bathroom was a little cramped.

Enjoyed 3 nights in April : tight but adequate parking, comfortable on-suite room, good breakfast. But a great and friendly hostess Joanne. We will return at the earliest opportunity.

Really warm and friendly welcome, great location with a short walk into town centre. Breakfast was lovely.

It was a very pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and Jo did not mind any special requests as we did not want a cooked breakfast every morning. The coffee was very good too. It was only a short walk from town. So all in all we would highly recommend Durlston House.

There was nothing not to like.

Comfortable and well equipped room. Efficient , no-fuss check in. Cap parking on site, albeit in tight spaces. Good breakfast. Location near the ferry terminal. Short walk to town

No heat from the radiator, not that we could extract from the controls anyway. Fair enough in May really but it was a chilly evening outside, and the room was a bit cooler than we would have liked.

The breakfast was made as requested, choice of eggs, any items added or removed at request. There was plenty of choice in cereals, yoghurts, juices, toast etc. The room was bright & very clean
