Botleigh Villa

The room was beautifully clean and well-equipped with plentiful supplies of tea, coffee etc. The view from the room of the river was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully cooked and plenty of it. Both Noreen and her husband are great hosts; very thoughtful and kind.

For my comfort, the bed was a little soft.

The ratings on Booking and Trip Advisor were spot on, we’d stay here again. We particularly liked the breakfast which was amazing, the cooked breakfast looked good and tasted even better!

Paying by cash caught us out a bit, but not disastrous

Hosts were very flexible, letting us check in early as we had a wedding to attend. Hosts were friendly, room was clean and very well equipped. Fresh cooked breakfast was very good, especially the sausages! The view was a bonus.

Great location with parking outside. Lovely bright and spacious room with lots of treats including fresh milk in the room. Delicious breakfast with friendly, helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend for a Rochester stay as it is an easy walk into town.

Fabulous stay in botleigh villa, reasonably priced, just a short walk into town, lovely quiet location, beautiful views overlooking the river and the hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Bed was super comfy, the room was clean and had a lovely feel to it. Breakfast included in the price which was fab, we will definitely stay again!

A lovely property overlooking the river, the room was great and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the most tastiest English breakfasts I have had. Definitely no skimping on ingredients, it was top quality. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and we felt very at home. Payment for the booking is cash or bank transfer ((no credit cards) If the owners are reading this, I just looked at my account and realised I underpaid by £3, so I’ve just transferred that). I would definitely book again and I would recommend to friends and family.
