Very accommodating and let us check in early to suit us. Fresh Milk delivered outside our door in time for early morning drink. Bottled water by the bedside. Nice breakfast and nice dining room.

The television picture seemed to cut off the top of the picture. It was not really a problem for us.

Great location - a 10 minute walk from the City Centre - located in an old Victorian house, with a family feel to the way it is managed by Noreen and the team, without them getting under your feet and in your way. Breakfast was great and cooked to order. WiFi is sufficient and the facilities were of a high standard.

The light bulb in my room kept flashing on and off (I am being super nit picky here) It certainly wasn't a show stopper.

Good location for exploring Rochester. Owners very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to our request. The bedroom was a good size with en-suite and a great view over the river

Clean comfy room, good size, large bathroom and plenty of towels. Decent choice for breakfast and good quality.

Happy with our stay, no complaints at all.

Having to pay by cash as I very rarely carry cash and this meant had to search for a cash machine.

Very accommodating couple who run this lovely B&B. Good location, not far from the centre of Rochester. Clean and comfortable rooms and delicious fresh breakfast. Made to feel very welcome. Thank you for your excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend this B&B.
