Si Phum Heritage Boutique, Chiang Mai

The hotel room was spacious and generally clean. The staff was nice.

However, I was bothered by how dark the room was and, more importantly, by the fact that it was infested with textile moths. The staff was unable to offer another room and instead tried to kill the pests by hand. This was far from a satisfactory solution and made my stay quite uncomfortable.

The room is big, the a.c was strong and cooled the room excellently and the location is good and close enough to the center of things. Room looks very decorative and high class.

Room floor felt dusty and should be washed not just swiped. Shower was clogged and each time flooded. Rooster and chickens woke me up every morning at 04:30. Also just outside my window there was a huge fruit tree with ripe fruit that kept falling all day and all night on the tin roof of the shed just underneath the tree. Annoying!

The beds are FIRM

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They let us store our bags and made sure we had onwards travel sorted. The hotel is decorated nicely and the rooms are spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean. Definitely worth the money.

Good location

No mirrors where there were plugs so it’s hard to use the hair dryer. No breakfast even though they call themselves a bed and breakfast. Hard to communicate with some people at the front desk. Overpriced.
