Si Phum Heritage Boutique, Chiang Mai

We liked Tong at the front desk. He was very friendly and was very helpful.

This is advertised as a bed and breakfast but there was no breakfast. We felt lied too. Also a general sense of no deep cleaning. Broken latches on the windows upstairs. Very dirty walls. Shower head had no pressure and needs replacing. Floor needs a steam clean or something better then a mop. Very dirty. Your bare feet are black after you walk on it.

The hotel is very cute, nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. Kind staff and very helpful with a minor issue we had (stuck key in the lock). Excellent location.

Bathroom was a bit small, but ok for what you pay. Location is all right, not the very best one but still walking distance from everywhere.

The loacation was close to the moat. Easy to get around and most places were in walking distance. Rooms were well decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful.

no food provided for breakfast. But dishes and cutlery were provided in case you brought your own food from outside.

Spacious pretty room with comfortable mattress and pillows. Cute lamps. Shower was strong af 💪 😂 loved the vintage style of this hotel. The staff was super friendly!!!
