We booked the room. When we reached the hotel our room was taken away. Then we drove another 500 km to reach Cape town at midnight. Terrible experience.

Spacious, comfortable bed. Inner garden area was appreciated.

Found some neglect, particularly the kitchenette area - mismatched crockery (poor condition and stained). The mini oven/stove was rusted and not very clean. The sponge provided for washing dishes was very suspect (dirty). The inner courtyard was unkept with empty beer cans on the seating and general neglect. Not what one would expect from a 3 Star facility.

Easy to find, safe premises, very nice kitchenette with a proper fridge and microwave. Unit also came with a television and wifi. The optional breakfast the next morning was a great way for us to start the day before we hit the road again.

Nice location 👌 everything was good 👍

Booked the family room with 2 double beds but got 1 double bed and two single beds. This is not what I was expecting with no explanation why the room was changed.
