We were looking forward to oyr stay here because of the pool, garden and braai facilities. However we were not are to as the marketing of this property is extrenely deceiving

We booked a family room, expecting that it would be a two bedroom unit of sort. This is how it is marketed. However upon arriving, the facility is an old house and each bedroom has been made into suites. What we thought was a two bedroom unit was in fact 1 Double with bathroon and a triple, across the corridor with no bathroom. The bathroom is at the end of the corridor nearby another room which we assume shares this bathroom. The owners at first made it out as it were my problen and later said it was Booking.com that had advertised incorrectly. They were not willing to help us move beds - we had to do that on our own, injured ankle and baby in arms after a 700km trip. They got angry with us. They did offer a refund on that first night, however we have not heard anything back from them. They offered to move us to another room in another property, however this was not conducive for a family especially over weekend nights due to the location of the property. When we viewed the room, there were empty alcohol bottles on the shared patio of the hotel room and public area. We have tried contacting the owners but they are ignoring us.

We parked next to the room entrance. The staff helped us quick and friendly.

The roads of the town are in a very bad condition.
