Very comfy bed! Very clean! Air-conditioning major + Rustic. A nice quiet part of the town.

The address on booking.com was 400 meters away from the actual accommodation. So easily got lost. Some of the taps where loose. Shower water pressure was not so great and took quite a while to build heat up. We where not informed you have to book breakfast when you check in. Otherwise you can not get any breakfast as a walk in customer. No milk options or bottled water where provided in the room, you would have to ask. Or supply your own. The check out process and leaving the premises was a bit unprofessional. Had to leave the keys and remote in a box infront of the office, open the gate and get someone to hold the gate sensor for you to exit with your vehicle. Or open the gate and run outside!

Karoo Ouberg is a decent place to stay. When we checked in, we were warmly welcomed.

Though we were just a family, the services and the environment made me feel ABSOLUTELY Disgusted and Pissed off. We were doing just fine until bedtime, at exactly 10:30, in Room 9, when my eldest daughter got into bed and sat up, at the sight of bugs. I've never seen such horrible and Disgusting thing's like this in my years of life. There were bed bugs too, and the room was so dusty. Unfortunately, we never even recieved any essentials. I'm so disappointed that even my kids NEVER want to go back there. We had no choice but to switch rooms, and then too, there were too many Ant's and my kids didn't even sleep all night. I'm so mad and disappointed. I didn't expect this even in my dreams. Very poor cleanliness 🤮😡

Malinda was friendly and helpful. The room has this old-world charm but do need some upgrading with regards to the curtains and bathroom mats.

Friendly staff, well kept rooms. Extremely spacious, the aircon works wonders.
