Sis Pat is a wonderful host, warm wekcoming and genuinely friendly. My last visit was in 2019, and its great to see she's still exactly the same. Her hospitality really makes Tranquil feel like a home away from home.

I really don't have nothing to complain sbout.

The rooms were clean and the staff was accomodating. The place is nice and quiet, it was my third time staying at this accomodation and will definitely be using it everytime I am in Queenstown.

The aircon in our our room (room 1) was not working well.
