I truly appreciated the beautiful and peaceful surroundings at Tranquillity. The environment is calm, serene, and perfect for rest and reflection. I would like to commend Patricia, bless her; she truly did her best to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible despite the challenges. Her effort and kindness did not go unnoticed.

However, during my stay, there was no power in the area for most of the day. The generator was switched off for long periods, only coming on in the evening and then being switched off again around 10 pm. Unfortunately, I had a lot of work to do that required constant internet access, and this made it very difficult for me to work effectively. Because of this, I felt I was not getting full value for my money and had to cut my stay short. I sincerely hope the establishment can improve its backup power solutions, as this would greatly enhance the experience for guests who need to work remotely
