"Excellent in every way"

Lovely comfortable room, with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Janet was so friendly and helpful and provided an excellent breakfast, including homemade pancakes! Would definitely recommend The Embassy to anyone.

The house, lounge and room were beyond beautiful, extremely spacious and comfortable with a wonderful atmosphere. But more importantly - the hosts were just brilliant. Jan and Chris are just devoted to hospitality and it really shows - attentive, caring, warm, with Jan making us wonderful breakfasts every morning we were there, as well as providing a delicious complimentary cheese platter and drinks to welcome our arrival. Chris brews excellent cider, mead and stout which were some of the best we'd ever tasted. We cannot thank these wonderful people enough - a wonderful way to wrap up our NZ journey.
