Great location with beautiful view on lake. Lots of attention to details to make guest feel cosy and welcome. Amazing breakfast!

Nothing. Others mention stairs being an issue. I cannot see any issue with the one flight of stairs there is - and I am nearly 60!

I loved the view from our room. Janet was very accomodating and she cooks well! The bed was amazing!!!!

When Janet said it's a bit of a trek from the bus stop to the house, she didnt lie. Going down the hill in the morning is very relaxing, but going up tested my leg strength. My partner and I just ended up getting ubers home

Janet is very kind, the breakfast prepared is also very good, Mrs kitty is very cute, the room is very comfortable, so that the tired body can fully relax and rest！

Janet was amazingly kind, helpful and lovely! Although the B&B was up a hill, the place was in a good location, an easy taxi boat ride into Queenstown or the buses were on the main road.

Couldn’t fault the property. Warm welcome, very comfortable room with a superb view and the use of a very nice lounge/breakfast area + the hostess did us personalised cooked breakfasts on both mornings we were there. Price was competitive too.
