Janet was very welcoming, gave great detail about how to access property, where to find everything and went out of her way to look after me! Great host! Would certainly stay there again.

The Embassy had incredible views over the lake and mountains in Queenstown - with amazing hospitality from the owners. The shower was fantastic with hot water always available - and the coffees and cakes were delicious

Parking on street, but not a major issue. Definitely need a car when visiting Queenstown in general.

My wife and I had a wonderful two-night stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Each morning we enjoyed a lovely, freshly prepared breakfast that was a perfect start to our days exploring the area. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The warm hospitality of the host, Janet. We also loved the overall vibe of the accommodation as it felt like home away from home. The bed in our room is so comfortable and the room itself is very tidy. The shared bathroom and toilet are also clean, and are supplied with sufficient toiletries and body and skin care products. You'll only need yourself and your clothes for the stay as almost everything you need is already provided. Breakfast is basic, but is generously enough to get your morning fill (the bread is homemade so it's guaranteed fresh). P.S. Please note that this is a B&B (bed and breakfast) -- a house that is converted to a holiday accommodation so don't expect for something similar to a hotel service. Also, the accommodation is housed with a sweet and friendly cat, Miss Kitty. She'll greet every guest in the receiving area but is not allowed to enter the bedrooms.

Not that I don't like, the B&B's location is a bit uphill with quite narrow street as access. If you have a car rental, you need to park it on street, and have to walk up around 100-150 meters up. Not ideal for someone with large luggage unless you are physically fit to carry it up in stairs.

Had an amazing stay in Queenstown last week~ The facility was well-prepared, with delicious handmade cookies and a hearty breakfast provided. A friendly cat added a charming touch to the experience. The host was incredibly helpful, recommending great local spots to explore. Highly recommend for a cozy and welcoming stay!

If you take bus, is far. Better take uber.
