Room was great size for a family and bonus having a sitting room

The owners were friendly and very helpful. The room and all public areas were clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast. We asked for recommendations for eating out and were given excellent suggestions.

Clean, good bed, friendly good service - I slept for nearly 9 hours! Unheard of 😂 I was on coast to coast hike and was perfect for a nights B&B

Not much around locally for food - but shout out to Adams pizza takeaway which was excellent.

Lovely hosts. Very accommodating with breakfast which was cooked on request. Very helpful with local directions. Would stay again.

Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen, der Wirt bietet leckere frisch zubereitete Omletts an. Die Sauberkeit war ausreichend, die Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt.

Äußerlich ist das Haus in keinem guten Zustand und sehr verwinkelt. Das Schwimmbad ist mit Salzwasser gefüllt und eher etwas verloddert. Das Bad ist eng und alt. Die Austattung stammt aus dem letzten Jahrhundert. Wer nicht zu viel erwartet, vor allem keinen Neubau, ist dennoch hier gut aufgehoben.

The view from our room was exceptionally beautiful, we looked out the window most of the evening… the garden was also an added bonus, and made our stay extra special as we had a small dog with us
