Très déçus par cette réservation. La chambre ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos présentées lors de la réservation. Elle était extrêmement petite, avec une hauteur sous plafond très basse, quasiment sans fenêtre (seulement un petit carreau), ce qui donnait une véritable sensation d’étouffement. De plus, des draps d’hiver étaient installés malgré la saison. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre compte tenu des conditions, mais cela nous a été refusé. La chambre attribuée ne correspondait clairement pas à celle réservée ni aux prestations annoncées sur les photos. Face à cette situation, nous avons finalement été contraints de changer de riad directement. Malgré cela, aucun geste commercial ni remboursement des sommes versées ne nous a été proposé, alors même que nous n’avons jamais bénéficié de la chambre pour laquelle nous avions réservé. Très mauvaise expérience et gros manque de considération envers les clients.

La verdad que el alojamiento deja mucho que desear

Repito el alojamiento deja mucho que desear.. huele mal está sucio, las habitaciones son unos zulos… Huele a pis de gato dentro del Riad. Las habitaciones fatal… sin ventilación… Y encima, me puse en contacto con el Riad porque tuvimos q irnos, y no han sido capaces de ponerse en contacto conmigo. Nefasto todo.

Estaba cerca de la estación de autobuses, cerca del zoco. El hotel cuando entras es bonito con un patio centraly decorado al estilo arabe. Tiene una terraza muy grande arriba. La habitación no es pequeña

El barrio no es muy seguro, las habitaciones no están muy bien conservadas, no ves el jardín por la ventana que dicen, el aire acondicionado se lo tienes que pedir al chico que te lo venga a poner, el baño es pequeñito y huele un poco.

- The building itself is very nice in terms of decoration and design. - There is a very nice relaxation area on the roof which is a huge advantage when the weather is nice. - Location is not bad, around 20 min walk to main square. - If you are a muslim then nearest mosque is 3 minutes away by walk. - Some of the employees were very nice and cheerful. Especially the ladies. May God bless them. - we got free early check in which was very nice - we were able to keep our luggage at the property for free some hours after check out time, which was very nice as well

- Some of the employees were quite grumpy and mean like this middle age dude who is like a front desk agent. When I politely asked him for a mug of hot water to make myself coffee (which is absolutely basic request!) he was super grumpy and told me "this is not a restaurant" and then proceeded to provide them anyway. - Our room was quite dirty, a lot of surfaces were full of dust and mite - because this year (2026) is particularly humid and full of rain so the bathroom is full of mold. Because of pouring rain the sewage also gets quite full in Marrakesh and it causes the bathroom and the whole room to smell terribly like sewage in addition to the smell of mold. - the property is full of cats, while we do love cats and we pet them all the time, the problem is that a lot of them are males and they walk all over the place and mark their territory so it smells like cat piss on corridors and even inside the rooms as well - the arrangment of furniture in the rooms is awful, there was no wardrobe to keep the belongings, and there was barely any floor-space available. It's full of uselles cupboards which are just taking space and you can't keep much stuff in it anyway. - the sink in the bathroom was leaking water on the floor so you could only use very weak water pressure - there was no feet-wipe in front of bathroom door and since the carpet in the room was filthy so you would end up with bunch of dirt on your feet every time you exit the bathroom. - the lamps in the room are extremely weak so after sunset you get barely any light in the room, you cannot read books or do anything which requires decent amount of light

El baño olia muy feo, el olor era fuerte eso fue lo unico que no me gusto y se demoraron una hora en atenderme
