The people were warm and always offered help.

They need to work on their bath tub, it leaks out water through the walls to the room on the carpet making the place smell. When I complained they asked me not to step too hard on the bath tub and I should keep the shower facing down and not touching the wall whilst bathing. The bath tub was also very small. Basically, they need to change the carpet or watch and air them. They can also make their bedsheets white and not coloured. The white duvet was dirty, the carpet was dirty and cats were always around. I hate that I rate them this low but I wish they can actually make their place neater or cleaner because they already have good staff.

J’avais froid malheureusement il n’y avait pas de chauffage, mais pas grave très bonne expérience.

The room was located in the roof, no heater. And it wasn't clean. No windows

The room was extremely dirty, as were the headboards. There were no bath towels, and when I asked for them, they were dirty too. The room was very cold, and the door was old and didn't close easily. This place is not suitable for people to stay in.

Tout le reste Personnel ne parle pas français et a peine l'anglais Pas ménage avant pendant le séjour d'une semaine Pas de changement de serviette de toilette Pas de produit de toilette Pas de chauffage Aucune isolation thermique et phonique température de l'eau se change des que quelqu'un tire de l'eau dans l'établissement Impossible de prendres une douche avec la même température soit on s'ebouillante soit c'est douche froide..

Les chats

C était pas propre: les matelas, oreillers, couvertures poussiereux et sales, chambres très proches les unes des autres, portes en bois deja cassées et juste collee avec des morceaux de bois
