Riad Dar Zaida

Il fait terriblement froid dans le riad, sans chauffage. On a du demander uneautre couverture mais le froid persistait. Il ny avait pas d’eau chaude. On nous explique wuil faut attendre de couler l’eau longtemps et que le coté bleu correspond au chaud et non pas le rouge. La salle de bain est etroite avec un plafont en pente donc on est obligé de se courber et le miroir est ultra bas. Il ny a pas de douchette dans les toilette pour se nettoyer comme des musulmans. On est resté une seule nuit dans pouvoir se faire rembourser l’autre

Filthy smelled of cat pee. Had to wipe ligjt switches etc myself they were manky. No toilet roll unless on request.doors dont lock properly even the cat walked in our locked room.Nowhere to put clothes etc. Staff arrogant and said we are not here to help you when we asked them to give our taxi a location in their language. Put passports in office then on last day disappeared so no access to our passports had to threaten to kick door in to get them to come and help. It was freezing and wouldnt put heater on for us. Took money for our last coffee before leaving which never arrived due to no milk or gas but wouldnt give me my money back. Always looked passed the dirt and smell before but i wont put up with the way we were treated on our last day. Been there 5 times but will not be going back again as most guests we have spoken to said they wouldnt either.
