Archduke private rooms

I loved this place. The bed was cozy and the location unbeatable. The breakfast was one of the best we had on our 18 days roadtrip - so that‘s something! We would definitely come back!

The only thing is - like we had in other rooms at the coast as well - some mold at the wall. The humidity is higher in Marrakesch and at the coast so it happens faster but it would be nice to fix this. Everything else was 100%!

Excellent location, walking distance to the souks, cafes and restaurants but tucked away from the chaos of the medina. The room is tidy and cosy with warm blankets provided for the cooler evenings. There is also a small rooftop terrace where you can soak in the sunshine or watch the sunset. The highlight for me was Hannan and Loubna, the chefs and housekeepers. They are incredibly kind, and hardworking. They served us a very generous and tasty breakfast each morning, and even did some laundry for us (much appreciated after travelling with backpacks for awhile). They even went to the effort of soaking/bleaching our white clothing seperately so they came back like new! Note, they don't charge for the laundry service so make sure you tip them for the effort. Overall, a pleasant great value stay in Marrakech.

The room is not the most sound-proof, and we would get awoken by the nearby call-to-prayer.

Staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione buona e abbondante, posizione comoda. Ci è stata assegnata una camera al piano terra, non particolarmente confortevole, ma nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva. Consigliato!

Walid is incredible!

We love our stay in Archduke private rooms. The breakfast is so good. Thanks to ate loubna for preparing our food and for assisting our laundry. The check in and out is easy and Walid is very accommodating in any queries. I highly recommend staying in Archduke. We have a good rest away from the busy streets of Marrakech.

Just not easy to navigate at first but once you've known the way to the villa it is easy. Sometimes it is dark in the alley but otherwise it is safe.

I had such a wonderful stay at Ardchduke Private Rooms at the end of February. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the staff — they are some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met in Morocco. They took such great care of me throughout my stay and truly made me feel at home, which made all the difference. I stayed in the top-floor room with a private terrace, and it was absolutely beautiful. Having that space to myself was such a treat — I especially loved spending my mornings and evenings there, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was included and was always fresh and delicious — something I really looked forward to each day. The location is also fantastic: only about a 15-minute walk to the main square and very close to the souks, which made exploring super convenient. At first, it was a little tricky to find because it’s tucked away in a maze of small alleys, but once you get used to it, it actually becomes very easy to navigate. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting. Special thanks to Walid, Lounbna, and Hannan for their kindness and for making my stay so memorable.
