The riad looked good and the bed is comfortable

There are a lot of lacking facilities in comparison to what is posted on the room details: there is no heating system, no iron, no hair dryer, no soap, only two small bottles of shower gel, two towels for the whole stay of 4 days. So, be ready to get a different experience from what you expect based on what is posted on booking. The room is small, it is very cold especially at night as the AC doesn’t produce enough heat to increase the temperature. At night you can hear the noise from the neighbors and the owners, and the area is not really safe. The shower has no curtain, so it’s very likely that the bathroom will be soaked and slippery. There are no options for breakfast, you only get what is available.

AC wasn’t working the first night and I’d appreciate some more reactivity to fix the problem.

Nice staff and beautiful Riad. The room was heated, and the shower was hot. The staff were nice and the breakfast each morning was lovely. Great location right in the Medina.

Not that easy to find but host helped us out and walked us to the accom.

Two days after leaving, the host rudely tried to ask me for the city tax again, even though I'd paid it upon arrival. Fortunately, the issue was resolved, but it was odd; it's better to ask for a receipt.

A lovely, cosy place. Superb location, spotless, confortable and amazing breakfast. The owner, Walid, is a fantástic person who could not have done anymore for us. He welcomed us with.open arms and we arrived as. guests but left as great.friends. Also, the lady who works there (Lubi maybe), cooked us a wonderful breakfast every morning served on our spacious terrace. Marrakech was beautiful but it was made all the more special for our accomodation and the people who run it. Will undoubtedly stay there again. Highly reccomended!!!
