I had the best stay. Staff was amazing, Great location, quiet and away from the busy streets Close to get to anywhere.

The area, the calmness, the layout, the colours, the rooftop. I can keep going but I loved every detail! And shout out my boy Said! What a guy, clean hearted young man who cares about the staff and goes all out just to put a smile on your face. He even cooked for me and my friend on our last night because we weren’t happy with the food experience in Marrakesh. Shout out the cleaning lady too! She does her best to make sure it’s spotless and gonna miss the rooftop late nights and getting to know strangers around the world with the staff of Villa Soraya!!! I’m going to come back and book the whole place out with my mates, I promised Said! Thank you to the Manager, Said, cleaning lady and anyone else associated with the hotel❤️

Accueil très sympathique, situé dans un endroit calme. Une terrasse avec vue sur la ville et très bien exposée. Le personnel était aux petits soins. Je recommande à 100%.

Bellissima stanza, sulla terrazza e un massaggio meraviglioso. La cena è stata ottima

la colazione non era molto completa ma buonissima!! La posizione un po lontana dal centro, non si può raggiungere a piedi, ma forse è meglio per tornare la sera

O staff era simpático e tentou ajudar-nos na nossa situação.

Infelizmente, tivemos uma má experiência com esta Villa. Pagamos pelo quarto Deluxe e quando chegamos de noite já super cansados e a querer descansar, foi nos atribuído um quarto super diferente daquilo que tihamos escolhido. Deram-nos o quarto em frente à receção que um dos membros do staff até referiu como "quarto da empregada". Acontece que estava lá outro grupo no hotel e o dono " ofereceu" o quarto que nós tinhamos pago a esse grupo. Infelizes com o quarto que tinhamos , ainda tivemos de dormir uma noite nele. O membro do staff no dia seguinte perguntou ao grupo se podia trocar de quarto e é óbvio que o grupo recusou. Após várias tentativas de falar com o dono (que nem inglês falava) disse-nos que tinhamos que fazer o cancelamento do alojamento no Booking, pois não nos iam dar o quarto pelo qual pagamos. Como o cancelamento gratuito já tinha passado, era impossível realizar o mesmo. A única pessoa que que o podia fazer era o dono, o mesmo, recusou-se a ajudar-nos. Tivemos então de marcar outra estadia e até hoje estamos à espera do nosso dinheiro de volta.

Séjour exceptionnel à la Villa Soraya ! L’endroit est magnifique, propre et très relaxant. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux, en particulier à Moncif qui a été très professionnel, attentionné et toujours disponible pour nous aider. Grâce à lui, notre séjour a été encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement !

Dès notre arrivée on nous a demandé de payer la taxe de séjour. Le personnel ne nous a pas présenté de jacuzzi.
