The staff is very smiling

The TV in my room didn't have any live channels, and I needed to follow the news, but I missed this. After staying in other ryads in Marrakesh, I can say that the problem of life channels is everywhere The bed is very hard.

We hadden veel hogere verwachtingen van dit hotel. De foto's geven een verkeerde indruk.

De badkamer was half afgewerkt. Het bed was klein en de afwerking van de vloer beneden peil. De toilet staat los waar je dus rekening mee moet houden tijdens bezoek. Wij hebben iedere avond warm gegeten in het hotel. Tot 2 maal toe was mijn eten verbrand. Tevens was de rammadan gaande en werd er geen rekening gehouden met de gasten. Al met al zullen wij niemend aanraden om dit hotel te boeken. Tevens was het personeel chagarijnig en liep op ons te schreeuwen. Ook het gevoel dat ik voor bepaalde service dubbel heb moeten betalen. Dit omdat de beheerder niets opschreef en moeilijk engels sprak.
