El comedor era muy bonito

Fuimos 7 amigos y reservamos 3 habitaciones.Cuando llegamos el hombre nos recibio muy serio,sin amablilidad habia restos del desayuno de otros huespedes en el comedor y asi vimos como la mañana siguiente nos pusieron un desayuno muy pobre para 7 personas y faltaban cosas(yogures,fruta,panes) que vimos en los restos del desayuno de los otros huespedes Ademas te ponian las cosas y desaparecian ,no podias pedirle ni siquiera sal o mas cafe que era muy poco para 7.El segundo dia como nos ibamos y teniamos que hacer muchos km le dije de desayunar a las 8 y me dijo(Moses) que no(aunque el primer dia si que nos lo puso otro chico)que tenia que ser a las 8.30 y eran las 8.55 y fui a buscarlo porque no aparecia y eso nos retraso mucho las otras visitas que teniamos que hacer y tuvimos que renunciar a ver cosas porque se hacia de noche..Ademas no era amable para nada,muy serio y brusco.La habitacion olia a humedad pero la cama estaba limpia .A ninguno nos gusto la estancia!fue un desastre!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’hospitalité de Monsef et du reste de l’équipe pour notre séjour. Ils ont le sens du service et de l’accueil, aussi bien pour nous aider à trouver nos prochaines visites que pour notre confort chez eux. Nous recommandons vivement l’établissement pour un court ou même long séjour à Marrakech.

I absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND this Riad to anyone. It's the worst experience I've ever had. €400 was stolen from my wallet in my locked room, and I have the customs receipt proving I had this money with me. On my very first day, I was treated rudely at reception, and the towels were dirty with other people's hair. The Riad is 5 km from the city center, and the location is impossible to find. Every time you leave, you have to ring the bell to get back in. At breakfast, everyone else was served fresh juice, but I got carton juice. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unfriendly, always speaking in an angry tone. The pillow was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was broken. Nothing positive about it, and on top of everything, €400 was stolen from my room. I'm outraged; it was the worst experience of my life. No recomiendo a nadie este Riad. Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida . Me han robado en mi habitación cerrada de mi cartera 400€, tengo el papel de aduana que yo llevaba este dinero conmigo. Nada mas de llegar en primer día me han hablado mal en la recepción, las toallas estaban sucias con pelos de otras personas. Ríad a 5 km del centro, ubicación imposible de encontrar. Cada vez que sales hay que tocar el timbre para entrar el Riad. En desayuno han puesto a todos zumo natural y a mi de cartón. Un trato muy mal y muy antipático el hombre de recepción, hablaba de un tono siempre enfadado. Almohada incómoda ,bate roto en el servicio. Nada positivo y encima me han robado 400€ desde mi habitación. Indignada con peor experiencia en mi vida.

Bardzo fajny, klimatyczny wystrój. Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani przez obsługę. Śniadania w cenie były świetne, tak samo jak jedzenie które zamówiliśmy raz na kolacje. Wszyscy byli bardzo mili. Piękne widoki z tarasu.

Wiedzieliśmy to patrząc na mapę, ale jest trochę daleko do centrum. Jednak jeśli szuka się bardziej spokojnej lokalizacji, jest to idealne :) w pokoju było dosyć wilgotno.

La villa est très bien et typique dans un quartier calme. Moncef est très dévoué et il n'hesite pas à nous rendre des services. Les membres de sa famille sont très gentils et accueillants. Petit bug sur la réservation mais nous avons été relogé et surclassé dans un riad 5 étoiles. Je recommande sans problème.

Le personnel était très accueillant et gentil. Nous avons apprécié la localisation car l'hébergement se situe dans un quartier plus calme et authentique. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux. Notre chambre était située sur la terrasse et c'était la seule de l'étage donc c'était top pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Nous avons pris le hammam et le massage qui étaient vraiment super et très relaxant. Je les conseille vivement pour terminer le séjour en beauté.

Seul petit bémol, l'entretien du spa.
