Le riad est super propre et bien équipé, un super petit dej, salle commune spatieuse et chaleureuse Le personnel est tres attentif et serviable, merci Moncef.

un petit bémol pour l’intimité dans certaines chambres: pas de porte ni pour la douche ni pour les WC…

"A szobákban el lehetett lenni, de a reggeli nagy csalódás, és a készségességel is gond volt."

A szállás hangulata jó volt, a város szívébe könnyen be lehetett jutnié s a reptérről is könnyen ide tudtunk buszozni. A ház előtti mandarin fa jó hangulatot ad.

A reggeli nagyon ki volt mérve, amikor kértünk volna többet egyértelmű elutasítást kaptunk, volt aki éhes maradt. A szobák állapota nem volt olyan jó mint a képeken. Decemberben voltunk, és az egyik légkondi nem működött, amit nem tudtak megjavíttatni, és még tőlünk kérdezték mégis mit csináljanak azon kívül, hogy extra takarót adnak...

Excellent staff and very clean room with a large bed We travelled around Morocco and came back to stay in the same room The staff were really helpful and kind enough to agree to keep our suitcase while we travelled to Fes

Bon petit-déjeuner

La chambre proposée au début n'était pas conforme à celle réservée. Après plusieurs explications rien n'a changé. En voulant résilier auprès de booking.com par téléphone l'établissement a fini par me donner la chambre réservée sous prétexte que c'était une erreur de leur part (alors qu'ils n'avaient pas changé d'avis même après plusieurs tentatives de ma part mail de réservation à l'appui)
