"nice estate, guest cottage betty-than manor house loft rooms"

nice estate and friendly staff.

first night in the manor house was a bit of a fiasco. loadshedding and no matches, torch or backup light. after hours numbers provided did not pick up. resorted to sms and eventually the manager sent someone with matches only one large candelabra for candles so lucky the other room was not booked. Odwa moves us to the guest cottage the next night for the inconvenience - much better accommodation

"Old world elegance and one of my favourite Pinotages"

We stayed in the Manor House which has so much history but elegantly furnished. The scenery on the property with the vineyards and the mountains was so peaceful and beautiful.

After 5pm on week days we had the property to ourselves which was wonderful but since the bistro was closed we had to go to town for dinner, so you definitely need your own transport if you are staying here. It would be more convenient if the tea and coffee station was in each room in the Manor House.
