Die Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch, diese Weite über das Tal ist sensationell. Der Kontakt mit Gerd Jan war sehr sehr nett.

Ein schönes, individuelles Haus mit einem phantastischen Ausblick! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Gert Jan ist ein herzlicher und engagierter Gastgeber, der gerne Tipps teilt, wenn man ihn fragt. Sehr beeindruckend war ein Besuch mit ihm bei seinem Herzensprojekt, einem Schulprojekt im Nachbardorf! 3 Tage waren für uns zu kurz an diesem wunderbaren Ort.

Wunderschönes Haus inmitten der Natur. Da keine Hauptsaison war, gab Gert-Jan uns die Möglichkeit, auf grössere Räumlichkeiten upzugraden ohne Aufpreis. Wir konnten uns jeden Tag den offenen Kamin einheizen, im August (Winter) eine Wohltat. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das mitgebuchte Frühstück wird von Gert-Jan zur Verfügung gestellt, Kühlschrank wird jeden Tag gefüllt und man kann sich jederzeit selbst bedienen. Gert-Jan ist ein liebenswerter Gastgeber, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Absolut tolle Lage. Sehr ruhig. Alles sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war sehr gross. Das Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück konnten wir selber zubereiten. Es war alles im Kühlschrank vorhanden. Am Abend konnten wir den Kamin im Haus anzünden. Gert-Jan war immer da, wenn wir etwas brauchten.

The location was perfect. Close to many of the activities in The Crags area. Gert-Jan is a fantastic host. I’d happily stay at Colourful B&B again.

Wonderful place with some of the best views in the western cape from your balcony. A lot of very nice hiking trails close by. Gert-Jan was super helpful with finding nice hikes and activities around and made sure our stay was a 10/10. Great quiet area if you want to relax but also tons of sanctuaries and other activities around. All in all a great stay 👍

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and amazing views. Exceptionally clean with great facilities. Grrr-Jan was friendly and helpful and Ingrid’s art, that decorates the house is wonderful. Shame we only stayed one night as it’s a very calm restful place

We shared the living area with another couple. This wasn’t a problem at all as we each had lots of private space and they were clean quiet and friendly. This place is perfect for a group or if you are happy to share, we were happy to.

Everything was perfect.. we got really useful info from the host and everything was perfect..
