The rooms were not as per expectations. There were broken bed, broken Almirah, leaking roof, the room did not have space. The rooms did not have proper ceilings and there were spaces in between roof and wall which made the rooms very cold. No way a family hotel highly dissatisfied. I had to vacate the Hotel after a day stay though I had paid for 3 days lost alot of money.

We liked the most the exceptional hospitality and helpfulness of the host! Communication was always friendly and easy. The property is also nice, breakfast was delicious and is served on their beautiful terrace.

First of all, one should understand that this is a homestay property and not a regular hotel. Those who understand this difference will like this place a lot. We arrived a bit late in the afternoon. The Check-in was smooth. It has no lift (a very common feature in houses or properties in hilly areas) - but the staff will transport your luggage if your room is on the upper floor. The food was excellent and comforting and the staff knows how to prepare pasta, Chinese, etc. It is not a typical gourmet cuisine but very comforting.

The weather was extra cold and rainy on the day we arrived. The walls of the room are bit thin for my choice. The room was a bit cold for us. Some upgradation is needed in the property considering the expectations of new age travellers.

Staff behavior was too good and it's budget friendly. Love the location as well Bhagsu temple was near to this location.

Rooms are in ground floor are small compair to first floor still it's over all really good experience.
