Good location,5 minutes to the city.comfortable clean rooms.breakfast was beautiful and Kathleen was so nice and helpful

Our room was comfortable and our host, Kathleen is amazing! Breakfast is delicious and if you want something different than a traditional Irish breakfast there are other options. Plenty of parking.

We have a brilliant holiday. The breakfast was great. Caitlin was very polite and friendly. We have car, so we liked location, very closed to Waterford.

It's a bit too far away from the city.Had to get a taxis in and out which was a bit expensive.

Beautiful view of the manicured garden. The various antiques around the property.

Felt like we were invading someones space and home. Walls were extremely thin, could hear neighboring guest snore(which understandabley cant be helped). rooms wernt clean, even looked like vomit on the top frame of the bed. Needed a good dusting.
