good location, good view.

Beds need an upgrade, mattresses very old. Water pressure and temperature bad. Breakfast was just toast or cereal. No information was given to us on arrival, so we got locked out, other guests let us in, then we had to let in more guests. our host had disappeared.

Location was fine and the rooms were nice, Owners need to invest in things that make guests comfortable to make for a more pleasant experience.

Owner did not want to heat the rooms, left the windows open in very cold weather after making up our room, there was no hot water for a shower in the morning and the wifi was so weak we could not use our electronics in our room.

Place is clean and tidy and very comfortable. Host was very accommodating and welcoming. would stay again. taxi is 10min (around €18) into Waterford.

Kathleen, the owner was very welcoming and helpful. she went above and beyond to help us out.

I liked the homey atmosphere and talking to Kathleen. We went for a walk down a country lane that was picturesque and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning.

The wifi was somewhat spotty.
