"Pretty much perfect in every way."

Breakfast was wonderful. Heathers artistic eye even extends to food presentation. The location and accommodation are stunning, Heather and Don clearly operate their business as a labour of love as every detail seems to have been considered. There were lots of little unsolicited extras which added to our enjoyment of our stay at Waters Edge

Wonderful hosts who ensure everything is maintained to the highest standards. The breakfast is excellent, and the attention to detail in its presentation reflects the genuine care they put into every aspect of the stay. The property itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in every respect.

We had a wonderful stay at Water’s Edge in Whitianga and would absolutely return. The location is hard to beat—right on the waterfront with beautiful views, and just a short, easy walk into town for restaurants, shops, and activities. The apartment itself was incredible- spacious, clean, and very well equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Waking up to the sound of the water and enjoying coffee and an incredible restaurant class breakfast overlooking the bay was a real highlight. Heather and Don were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. Small special touches like turn down for bedtime and chocolates, plus a welcome cheese and wine. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and peaceful, perfect for switching off and enjoying the Coromandel.
